Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We're seeking a reliable and skilled individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you'll play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.

  • You'll be responsible for safely navigating your local neighbourhoods to deliver customers' shopping to their homes during the day or night.
  • A key aspect of this role is helping with picking and packing orders to the highest standard, ready for delivery.

Key Requirements:

  • A commitment to providing great customer experiences.
  • An Unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence and a safe driving record are essential.
  • You'll need the confidence to safely drive and navigate through busy streets, suburban roads, and/or regional areas.
  • This role requires you to be active – as well as driving, you'll be on your feet, lifting and carrying groceries from the van to your delivery points.
  • You'll need to be available to work flexible hours across our store trading days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
