Project Management Office Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Office Lead to oversee our project management standards, practice utilisation and profitability. The successful candidate will have extensive experience leading a PMO within an IT professional services organisation, managing P&L and utilisation for a Professional Services practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain project management standards across the organisation.
  • Monitor and control practice utilisation and profitability.
  • Ensure effective financial management of projects.
  • Promote Project Management Office services to clients.
  • Conduct regular project audits and reviews to ensure quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leading a PMO in an IT professional services organisation.
  • Strong background in managing P&L and utilisation for a Professional Services practice.
  • Experience in project managing complex software development projects for enterprise clients.
  • Ability to effectively promote Project Management Office services to clients.
  • Excellent financial management skills and proficiency in MS Project.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is required.
