We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Home Care Professional to join our team. This role involves providing personal and domestic care services to clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks for clients
- Support clients with mobility issues by assisting with transfers and walks
- Encourage independence and participate in activities that promote physical and mental well-being
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
