As a senior leader, you will drive the enablement of analytics capabilities across various portfolios. Your key responsibility will be to equip teams with cutting-edge tools and insights, ensuring informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive data strategies aligned with business objectives and enterprise initiatives.
  • Lead reporting automation and simplification, enabling self-service analytics and reducing technical team reliance.
  • Establish governance frameworks for data quality, security, and compliance across platforms.
  • Build and lead high-performing data enablement teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for data-driven innovation and performance uplift.
  • Represent the organization in cross-functional collaborations and data governance projects.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in data management, analytics, or performance insights, with at least 5 years in people leadership.
  • Advanced knowledge of data strategy, architecture, and governance frameworks.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Python, along with a strong grasp of ETL processes.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale data and platform initiatives with measurable impact.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication and project management capabilities.
