**Job Summary**

We are currently recruiting for a Team Member/Decorator role, responsible for providing an excellent customer experience and ensuring high-quality products. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and work in a fast-paced environment with a fun and supportive team.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company standards and policies
- Assist with product preparation, presentation, and display
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic knowledge of coffee-making skills (training provided)
- Availability to work early mornings from 6 am (Monday - Friday)
- Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays
- Physical ability to lift and move equipment as required
- Ability to wear a uniform and follow dress code guidelines

**Additional Information**

- Relocation to Wallsend, NSW 2287 may be required for this role
- A valid Australian driver's license is not required but would be beneficial
- Employees must be able to commute or relocate before starting work
