- Maintain high sales performance by maximising opportunities and ensuring exceptional store presentation.
- Sell Value Add Products (VAPs) and accessories to increase revenue.
- Develop strong customer service skills to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Show passion for fashion footwear and communicate product knowledge effectively.
- Prior experience in retail or hospitality is advantageous.
