Job Description
The State Manager oversees the position, which involves performing financial analysis of existing business operations and key business drivers to support decision-making. The successful candidate will also analyze underperforming areas, translate financial ramifications, and deliver timely financial forecasts for Victorian profit centers. Additionally, they will utilize the shared services finance center to prepare financial results and contribute to the team through provision of appropriate financial information and overall business acumen.

- Perform financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Analyze underperforming areas and translate financial ramifications.
- Deliver timely financial forecasts for Victorian profit centers.
- Utilize the shared services finance center to prepare financial results.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need sound commercial awareness and knowledge of business strategies to continuously improve. You should also be able to interpret financial information and articulate it to non-financial specialists. Additionally, you will need experience with the Microsoft suite of products and a proven capability to read and understand commercial contracts. Finally, you should be able to prepare three-way financial forecasts and leverage existing financial information to provide timely information to management.
