#### About Our Client
Michael Page is a leading recruitment agency with a growing presence in the northern suburbs. We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team.
#### Key Responsibilities
* Manage digital files and maintain accurate records
* Handle calls and emails with professionalism and discretion
* Support the Managing Director with calendar management, supplier research, and ad-hoc tasks
* Assist with OHS, QA, and HR responsibilities, including scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, and ensuring accurate reporting
* Purchase materials and equipment, confirm deliveries, and manage invoices
#### Requirements
* Highly organised and able to prioritise workload
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in taking clear and accurate meeting minutes
* Understanding of HR practices and ability to seek additional information when necessary
