Job Overview
The Assurance, Governance, Integrity and Risk Branch seeks a highly skilled professional to lead the management of risks and ensure compliance with regulations. As an Assistant Director, you will support the Director in achieving this goal by implementing policies and procedures that promote integrity and transparency within the organization.

This senior-level position requires a strategic thinker who can work independently and collaboratively with others to achieve common goals. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to analyze complex information and make sound decisions.
- Lead a team of professionals in managing risks and ensuring compliance with regulations;

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing risk across the organization;
- Implementing policies and procedures to promote integrity and transparency;
- Providing strategic guidance to the Director on risk management and compliance matters;
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders;
- Leading cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
