About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at CBRE, a leading commercial real estate services and investment firm. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide superior customer service to our client teams, ensuring a fantastic experience within the office.
  • Front of House Activities: Conduct a variety of front of house activities, including greeting visitors, visitor registration, accepting incoming calls, and directing calls and other service-based tasks as assigned.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform general clerical duties, including restocking of consumables, distributing packages and mail as required, and tracking system to record courier, freight and mail activities.
  • Office Maintenance: Maintain the workplace area to ensure it's well kept and adheres to high-level safety standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in a Reception/Front Office role in a corporate office environment.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills and ability to provide exceptional service to clients and visitors.
  • Proactivity: Proactive, enthusiastic, and able to multi-task.
  • Self-Starter: A self-starter and willing to go the extra mile.
  • Technical Skills: Basic skills in Microsoft Office packages – Word, Excel, Outlook.
