We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Anaesthetic Registered Nurse to join our team at Chris O'Brien Lifehouse. As a key member of our anaesthetic nursing service, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients undergoing surgery.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert anaesthetic nursing care to patients in our 10 operating theatres, Interventional Suite, and procedure room.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices and policies.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest anaesthetic nursing techniques and technologies.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Association (AHPRA).
- Minimum 2 years full-time equivalent post-registration experience in anaesthetic nursing.
- Demonstrated current professional knowledge and expertise in anaesthetics.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
