About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at James and James Fulfilment. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of operations staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our Fulfilment Centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of operations staff and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Identify and address any operational issues or concerns and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fulfilment centre or logistics environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational issues.
