About the Role
We seek hardworking individuals for ad hoc shift work, offering a minimal guarantee of wages and leave entitlements. Key duties include loading and discharging general and bulk cargoes, shipboard and wharf duties, and basic clerical tasks. Our Operations specialize in handling commodities like motor vehicles, machinery, steel products, containers, project cargo, and bulk cargo.
About You
As a committed team member, you will prioritize safety in the workplace and adhere to 100% Chain of Responsibility compliance. We provide extensive on-the-job training to ensure a safe working environment.
Critical Skills & Experience
- Fitness for manual work
- Current manual driver's license
- Commitment to superior work performance
- Ability to obtain a Maritime Security Identification Card
- Flexibility to work shifts over 7 days, 24 hours
- Reliability to perform routine tasks without supervision
- Forklift license
- Experience in slinging loads (dogman ticket)
- Ability to work at heights (training highly regarded)
