The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled P2P Trainer to join our team at Veolia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing training, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to Veolia administrators/buyers and suppliers for all of Veolia's Purchase Order to Payment (P2P) business processes, systems, and technology.
In this role, you will work closely with our Project Manager to develop and maintain comprehensive digital training materials for P2P processes, including instructor-led sessions, e-learning modules, quick reference guides, and job aids. You will also manage Veolia V-Learning for SAP Ariba, ensuring content updates, training coordination, and completion of online modules by Veolia administrators/buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain digital training materials for P2P processes
- Manage Veolia V-Learning for SAP Ariba
- Conduct training needs assessments and process mapping
- Create onboarding procedures for new users
- Deliver training in accordance with the P2P roadmap
Requirements
- 2+ years in a commercial/customer service environment
- Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, and SAP systems
- Experience in change management and supplier enablement
- Understanding of P2P fundamentals and vendor Account Payable automation
