Firefighter Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Auxiliary Firefighter. As a key member of our emergency response team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of our community.

• Respond to emergency incidents and provide support to our firefighters
• Participate in regular drills and training sessions to maintain and develop your skills
• Contribute to community education activities to promote fire safety and emergency preparedness
• Operate specialist firefighting and rescue equipment in a safe and effective manner
• Contribute to the upkeep and hygiene of our station facilities

• Australian Permanent Resident Status
• Manual C Class driver's licence
• Ability to commit to attending 50% of emergency incidents as a day worker or 30% as a shift worker
• Ability to attend 75% of regular drill and training sessions
