Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned retail leader to spearhead our store operations and create an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the store team to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance in-store experience and visual merchandising
  • Schedule staff effectively to meet seasonal demand and business needs
  • Act as the store's ambassador, providing regular updates and feedback to head office

Additionally, you will spend one day per week engaging with local communities, partnering with schools, restaurants, pubs, fitness groups, sports clubs, and planning pop-up events and activations with cross-functional teams. If you have a passion for summer, retail excellence, and strong leadership skills, we'd love to hear from you
