We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Health Centre Coordinator or Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead daily operations, support staff, and deliver frontline patient care in a remote Aboriginal community.

This is an excellent chance for individuals with experience in remote health or Aboriginal community-controlled services to take on a leadership position and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily operations and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Provide clinical leadership and operational guidance to multidisciplinary teams.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with community members and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and cultural awareness skills, as well as a commitment to delivering culturally safe primary healthcare.

As a Health Centre Coordinator or Manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with experienced professionals to achieve outstanding results.

About the Roles
  • Health Centre Coordinators: Provide clinical leadership and operational support to multidisciplinary teams, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Health Centre Managers: Oversee clinic services, manage budgets and workforce needs, and provide both clinical and operational leadership.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, flexible, and committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse or Aboriginal Health Practitioner (AHPRA)
  • Remote health or Aboriginal community-controlled service experience
  • Excellent communication and cultural awareness skills
  • WA-recognised REC, ALS, or Immunisation Provider qualifications

(Bonus points for postgraduate health management, MMEx experience, or emergency care training.)
