Karara Mining Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Services Operator (Filter Support) to join our Processing teams at the Karara Mine Site in Western Australia.
Job OverviewThis is a full-time opportunity with a rotational roster of 8 days on, 6 days off and 7 nights on, 7 days off. The role involves working in a challenging environment with physical demands that require manual labor, lifting, pushing, pulling, and work at heights.
The successful candidate will have experience working independently and as part of a team in a mining or heavy industry environment, preferably with FIFO experience. They will also possess a valid WA C-class driver's license, Skid Steer and/or Forklift ticket, and a National Police Clearance.
Main Responsibilities- Evaluate and implement plans, procedures, and work instructions to ensure correct execution.
- Acquire necessary equipment and tools for allocated tasks.
- Safely support concentrate production, adhering to KML standards, by ensuring grade and moisture specifications are met.
- Maintain compliance with safety and environmental procedures and policies.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including metallurgists, technicians, fitters, electricians, contractors, and mining departments.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- FIFO experience in a mining or heavy industry environment.
- Valid WA C-class driver's license.
- Skid Steer and/or Forklift ticket.
- National Police Clearance.
Karara Mining is located in Western Australia, approximately 200 km south-east of Geraldton, and has an expected mine life of over 30 years. The operation includes a large open-pit mine, complex ore processing and beneficiation plant, and significant infrastructure and logistics networks.
