Senior Carpenter Job Opportunity

This role is a great chance to grow with our team on a large-scale construction project. You will be working closely with experienced professionals, including Project Managers, Site Managers, and Structural Foremen. Our leadership style is supportive and hands-on, creating a unique workplace culture.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the existing team to achieve project goals
  • Manage subcontractor schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Contribute to all aspects of facade, joinery, finishes, and defect management
  • Read and interpret building plans accurately
  • Familiarize yourself with OHS and Building standards, ensuring compliance
  • Provide regular site reports to the project team
Required Skills:
  • Recent experience in high-rise residential builds, preferably projects valued over $30 million
  • Demonstrated expertise as a senior carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects
  • A trade background is highly advantageous
  • A QBCC license is a significant advantage
