Job Role: Service Technician

Overview:

  • We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Perform repair work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with industry standards.
  2. Conduct vehicle tests, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
  3. Detect, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
  4. Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional services needed and provide an estimate of time required for repairs.
  5. Execute repairs under warranty according to manufacturer specifications.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Service Technician.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • B-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
  • Physical dexterity, requiring a steady hand and excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Mechanical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
  • A positive, friendly attitude, along with a willingness to improve.
  • The ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
