Lego Store Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and drive a customer-driven culture in a LEGO Certified Store.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all store operations, mentoring and developing their team, and creating an environment that fosters creativity and imagination. They will also be expected to deliver outstanding results in customer experience and sales performance.
- Create efficient store rosters according to daily traffic and peak periods.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to build a high-performing team environment.
- Implement plans to achieve exceptional results in sales and customer service expectations.
- Work closely with the team to fulfill online orders and execute in-store promotions.
- Responsible for inventory management, including stocktakes and cycle counts.
- Implement in-store visual merchandising standards.
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative team environment.
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates should possess at least 2 years of management experience in a retail environment, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for LEGO.
