We are seeking an experienced ICU or HDU trained Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading private hospital.

As a valued member of our inter-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care by actively contributing to team processes and practices. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities- Support the nursing team with planning, assessment, implementation and evaluation of excellent standard of evidence-based, person-centered patient care
- Demonstrate professional practice as evidenced by adhering to relevant professional standards, code of ethics and conduct, legislative requirements and policies
- Foster a learning environment through clinical presentations to support the nursing team with their professional development and maintaining own professional learning and continuous professional development
- Act as a valued member of the inter-disciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care by actively contributing to team processes and practices
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure patients receive a high quality of care across the healthcare continuum
We require:
- Current Registration with AHPRA & Working rights in Australia
- 5+ years experience in an acute surgical or cardiac ward setting
- A degree of exposure and experience in a HDU or ICU setting
- Commitment to Quality Patient Care
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
- Sound clinical decision making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
