Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage bank account opening and closure requests, resolve queries with banking partners, and maintain accurate records in internal systems.

The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to build effective relationships and act upon client instructions within required timeframes. This includes responding to enquiries relating to services, financial products, fees and conditions, as well as identifying and mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with legal and statutory requirements.

To succeed in this role, the individual must have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in Financial Services, preferably in a similar position. They will also require excellent client management and relationship management skills, as well as experience with foreign currency transactions and global payment formatting.
