The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fitness Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales and fitness teams, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and lead by example to achieve membership and supplement sales targets
• Manage, train, and develop the performance of sales staff
• Build a positive and engaging environment for members and staff
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and systems
• Conduct general cleaning, maintenance, and oversight of the gym
• Perform all required HR duties, including 1-on-1s, performance reviews, rostering, and leave management

Requirements

• At least 2 years of management experience
• Customer service experience and strong administration skills
• Holds a current Level 2 First Aid and CPR certification
