Department Leader Opportunity

As a key member of the Retail team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our outlets. Your exceptional customer service skills and leadership abilities will be essential in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor, motivate and support the Retail Customer Service team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Monitor daily performance and create an engaging atmosphere for customers.
  • Assist with staff training and development, ensuring our team members have the skills they need to succeed.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Contribute to policy development and ensure department procedures are up-to-date and regularly reviewed.
  • Manage stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Operate POS systems and manage cash handling tasks.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and school breaks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
