Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Retail Professional to provide exceptional customer service and support our store teams across various locations in Melbourne.

This is a casual role that involves welcoming customers into our spaces, processing sales, and maintaining stock levels.

  • Support store teams to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Process sales and maintain stock levels.
About the Role

This opportunity commences from September 2025 and concludes in February 2026 with an opportunity to secure ongoing employment based on business needs.

We are seeking flexible candidates with passion for retail who have full availability during this time, including late-night and weekend trading hours.

Requirements
  • The ability to communicate effectively with warmth, curiosity, and sincerity.
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • No prior retail experience necessary but ideally you will have some experience within a customer service role or environment.
  • An interest to learn product knowledge.
