Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the Site Quality Manager in the day-to-day office quality function administration duties related to achieving completion outcomes for the project.
  2. Establish and maintain spreadsheets and records for the purpose of controlling and managing quality activities.
  3. Maintain the various quality systems and databases to support construction quality coordination.
  4. Record keeping, quality documents data gathering and distributing, report writing, scanning, and filing of quality documents. Developing and maintaining quality records library (electronic and hard copy).
  5. Collating and arranging information for project quality weekly and monthly reports.
  6. Data entry, upkeep, and maintenance of project documentation as required to support project completion documentation.
What You Will Bring to the Team
  1. Skilled in information technology and information management tools, for example, SharePoint and MS applications.
  2. Demonstrates knowledge of Management Systems as they apply to the business.
  3. Experience with quality assurance/control principles and document control practices.
  4. Minimum of 1 year's experience within Quality Administration.
  5. Experience in formatting and compiling Project Delivery Book (PDB/MDR).
  6. Possesses an overview of the broader picture to seek solutions.
  7. Ability to communicate and influence others in a disciplined and constructive manner.
  8. Understands projects and corporate priorities.
  9. Ability to collect data and provide appropriate disposition in a timely manner.
