About the Role

We are seeking experienced Linehaul and Local Drivers to join our team. As a driver, you will be responsible for operating vehicles in a safe and efficient manner while complying with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive depot-to-depot runs, including direct or change-over routes.
  • Operate vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to regulations and company policies.
  • Ensure the safe handling and restraint of freight at all locations.
  • Complete necessary documentation, including pre-starts, work diaries, delivery dockets, and timesheets.
  • Report any on-road incidents, equipment issues, or mechanical failures promptly.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Linehaul and local driving.
  • A current MC driver's license.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic, along with excellent communication skills.
  • Evidence of a good driving record.
  • A thorough understanding of Cor, fatigue management, mass and dimensions, maintenance, load restraint, and loading/unloading procedures.
