Job Title

Professional Services Consultant

  • We are seeking a Consultant to contribute to our business.

The successful candidate will have experience in delivering projects with high customer satisfaction and developing clear overall understanding of customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out professional services engagements for customers and deliver projects within timelines.
  2. Develops project scope, technical requirements, and solution design.
  3. Assists in the deployment, configuration, cut-over, testing and troubleshooting of security solutions.
  4. Execute tasks autonomously, demonstrate ability to deliver work independently while adhering to project timelines and quality standards.
  5. Collaborate effectively within a team environment. Provide technical mentoring, training, and coaching to other members of the organization.
  6. Continuously develop knowledge and skills to remain proficient with Fortinet technologies.
  7. Maintain expert-level technical knowledge in network security infrastructure, firewalls, VPN technologies, web application firewalling, and centralized logging and reporting solutions.
  8. Write and present whitepapers, technical notes, and other high-level technical documentation.
  9. Interface with partners and distribute knowledge internally.
  10. Communicate relevant project information to management as appropriate.
  11. Utilize communication and conflict resolution skills to address and resolve interpersonal conflicts and issues.
