About the Role

As a Senior Practitioner at Grand Pacific Health, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality mental health services to young people aged 12-25. Our multidisciplinary team is dedicated to improving health, social, vocational, and educational outcomes for this age group.

The ideal candidate will have minimum two years post-graduate experience in mental health services and hold full registration with AHPRA as a Clinical Psychologist, Registered Psychologist, or Occupational Therapist. Alternatively, they may be a Social Worker holding an approved Social Work Qualification and eligible for mental health accreditation with AASW.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop clinical leadership skills and provide support as part of the clinical management team
  • Serve as a key point of contact for team members, supporting the escalation of care pathways
  • Work with young people to identify their support needs, goals, and develop collaborative care plans
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop person-centred, recovery-focused, evidence-based services achieving positive outcomes for young people and their families
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide flexible work arrangements, continuous learning opportunities, regular supervision, and access to our Employee Assistance Program.
