Employee Relations Strategist

Crown Equipment, a global leader in Materials Handling Equipment, is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Strategist to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to partner with business stakeholders and lead workplace investigations while effectively managing disciplinary matters.
About the RoleAs an Employee Relations Strategist, you will work closely with the HR team to bring a practiced approach to sensitive complaints and investigation handling. This strategic position requires strong problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all matters and complaints effectively, ensuring timely and fair resolutions.
- Conduct thorough investigations, including developing investigation plans, securing evidence, and drawing objective conclusions.
- Provide employee relations advice and support to senior leaders, line management, and human resources teams.
- Liaise with diverse stakeholders, build relationships, and interact effectively with a wide client base.
- Operate strategically in a HR context, exercising high levels of problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Extensive experience providing employee relations advice and case management support.
- High-level interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated superior judgment and emotional intelligence, especially in handling sensitive matters.
- A competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
