Experienced VE Teacher Required

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VE teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering course content, assessing student learning, and supervising their progress in selected courses.
As a VE teacher, you will collaborate with external organisations and industry groups to ensure your vocational competence aligns with the education you deliver.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality course content and assess student learning outcomes.
- Supervise student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to enhance program services and contribute to industry standards.
- Develop and implement effective teaching programs that meet student needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and identify areas requiring improvement.
- Enhance program effectiveness by implementing best practices and industry feedback.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students and industry partners.
- Demonstrated expertise in competency-based assessment and evaluation methods.
- Ability to diagnose learning problems and propose targeted solutions.
- Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
- Relevant qualifications in fields such as Certificate IV TAE and/or Certificate III and/or Certificate IV in Dental Assisting.
