Construction Labour Position

We are seeking a reliable, experienced construction labour for a full-time position with our team.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proven track record of relevant experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Hands-on experience working with plant and trades on-site.
  • A strong focus on workplace safety and manual tasks.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Excellent physical fitness and health to meet the demands of the job.
  • Superb communication skills and ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong knowledge and awareness of occupational health and safety (OH&S) protocols.

Duties include general labouring on construction projects, proper usage and maintenance of plant equipment, and safe handling of materials. A Construction Industry White Card is mandatory, as is a valid driver's licence and access to personal transport. A Working With Children Check or willingness to undergo one is also required. Forklift licensing and Traffic Control certification are highly regarded.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
