At Woolworths Group, we are committed to creating better experiences together for a better tomorrow. As a Digital Marketing Specialist - SEM, you will play a crucial role in driving product and category growth through Search Engine Marketing (SEM).

We are looking for an exceptional individual with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in SEM to join our team. You will be responsible for managing large-scale budgets across various campaigns, tracking and reporting on SEM and analytics data, and optimising ad-copy through an always-be-testing approach.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading retailer and contribute to the overall customer value. As a Digital Marketing Specialist - SEM, you will have the chance to work with clients from various levels and business units, providing innovative solutions end-to-end.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage Google and Bing accounts, ensuring optimal campaign performance
  • Track and report on SEM and analytics data, providing insights to drive business decisions
  • Optimise ad-copy through A/B testing and other methods
  • Perform keyword discovery, expansion, and optimisation to improve campaign performance
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly

What You'll Bring:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a hands-on SEM role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong visual reporting skills (Looker Studio, Google Sheets & Google Slides or Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Hands-on experience with bid management tools such as Search Ads 360
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
