South Australian Early Childhood Operations Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of State Manager, responsible for leading our operations in South Australia.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced early childhood leader to shape the future of education across the state while being part of a values-driven organisation committed to excellence.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have:
- Substantial experience in the early childhood education sector
- Proven track record managing Area Managers across multiple locations/portfolios
- Strong existing rapport and successful history working with SA regulatory authorities
- Ability to drive transformation and continuous improvement
The State Manager will be responsible for:
- Strategic leadership
- Operational excellence
- Relationship building
The ideal candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, confidence working autonomously, and flexibility to travel often and stay on location as needed.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) with 5+ years senior operational leadership experience
- Previous leadership or management experience within early childhood education
- Strong working knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and compliance frameworks
- Valid Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain), First Aid / CPR, driver's licence, and reliable transport
