Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health and Safety Professional to join the Project HSSE team, delivering the Darwin Ship Lift Facility Working on a FIFO night shift roster of 15 days on, 9 days off, flying from all major domestic airports.

The successful candidate will cover nightshift safety operations, ensuring the HSSE procedures and manuals are fully compliant with the company and project requirements. They will also be responsible for ensuring HSSE onboarding and inductions for all HSSE personnel are conducted as required, and safety equipment / PPE is readily available and issued in accordance with project or company requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A minimum of 3+ years' experience in an Occupational Health and Safety position and 1+ years' experience in construction or EPC projects are essential requirements for this role. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
