About the Role

We are seeking a number of well-organised and customer-focused individuals to join our Scape Eatery Sydney CBD kitchen team as Food Service Assistants.

This is a front-of-house role responsible for delivering full-service catering and ensuring our residents have an exceptional food and dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Outstanding Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to our residents, responding promptly to their needs and preferences.
  • Efficient Food Delivery: Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food delivery to our residents.
  • Cleanliness and Organisation: Maintain cleanliness and organisation in service areas, adhering to high standards of hygiene and presentation.
  • Dietary Needs Assistance: Assist residents with menu details and dietary requirements, ensuring their individual needs are met.
  • Food Hygiene and Presentation: Ensure food meets high standards of hygiene and presentation, reflecting positively on our brand.
  • Shift Handovers: Complete smooth shift handovers, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of service.
  • Customer Feedback: Share customer feedback with management, contributing to continuous improvement and enhancement of our services.

Estimated Salary:
