An exciting opportunity exists for a retail professional to join our team in a leading luxury retailer as an Assistant Store Manager.
The company is one of Australia's top fashion retailers, known for its vibrant and iconic aesthetic. With a strong presence in the US and Australian markets, we are looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager who is passionate about luxury fashion and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities- Partner with store staff to meet sales targets and achieve key performance indicators.
- Schedule store rosters to ensure adequate staffing levels while meeting business needs.
- Implement and manage special events held at the store.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify strategic opportunities for sales growth.
- Maintain store visual presentation to reflect company vision and market demands.
- Coach and monitor staff on client outreach and relationship development.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high operating standards through your store.
- Develop and implement strategies to build client base and drive sales growth.
- Use appointments and digital booking tools to increase sales and provide a unique service experience.
- Participate in hiring and providing feedback to new staff members; train and develop existing staff.
- Communicate KPIs and ensure the team is working towards these measures.
- Prepare the team for key moments such as sales and product launches.
- Demonstrated retail history and management experience preferred.
- Operational knowledge of running a store.
- Creative flair to make the store ownable and inviting for customers.
- Energetic and welcoming presence for customers.
- Experience in customer relationship management and luxury customer service.
- Able to meet financial, operational, and service KPIs.
