Project Manager - Asphalt & Resurfacing

We are seeking a highly skilled project manager to join our team based in Melbourne, Victoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational management of various projects across asphalt and resurfacing operations in the Melbourne Metro region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational management of projects, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes
  • Prepare project budgets and review financial information to make sound business decisions
  • Experience in planning and scheduling of works
  • Manage and execute projects from start to finish
  • Champion the preparation of tenders and negotiate contracts
  • Deliver on promises with excellence while focusing on safety, value for money, and efficiency
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering
  • Experience on site across asphalt and resurfacing operations preferred
  • Strong safety focus and ability to actively promote and sustain a Zero harm environment
