Job Overview

The Project Delivery Specialist will work closely with the Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality benchmarks, and project timelines.

  • Assist the Site Manager in coordinating and supervising all construction activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Oversee the excavation, structure, and finishes phases of the project.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor project progress and report to the Site Manager on a regular basis.
  • Act as a mentor to junior staff, preparing them for future leadership roles.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Foreman delivering projects of significant scale.
  • Previous experience working with a Tier 1-2 construction companies.
  • Familiarity with finishes and facade on previous projects.
  • Good proven tenure at previous companies.
  • Strong commitment to safety and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in managing excavation and structure phases of construction projects.
  • A proactive attitude and good work ethic.
  • Ability to effectively lead a team and solve problems under pressure.
