About the Role
This part-time Administration and Operations Coordinator position will provide critical operational and administrative support to our State League and Talent Pathways (SL&TP) program. The successful candidate will assist in managing databases, systems, and finance, as well as coordinate events, travel arrangements, and community-building activities.
As an ideal team member, you should have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and high attention to detail. You should also possess excellent organisational skills, be proficient in interpersonal communication, and demonstrate a track record of managing multiple tasks and prioritising projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Database Management: Develop performance reports, draw insights from data, and ensure accurate data management.
- Operations Administration: Assist with basic office administration, finance management, and coordination of office projects.
- Umpire Support: Respond to general enquiries, communicate with staff and umpires, and assist with travel bookings and event coordination.
- Rostering and Scheduling: Assist with roster administration, updates, and coordination of match day information with clubs.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or operational support role.
- Strong technical skills in project and database management software and digital tools.
- Proficient in interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and time management.
- An ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Mandatory Requirements
- A valid employee Working with Children/Vulnerable People check and a satisfactory criminal history record check.
- An ability to work adjusted hours (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) to attend umpire training.

Estimated Salary Range
$55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
