- Support operational teams with budgeting, contract renewals, and vendor selection processes.
- Review invoices and ensure billing accuracy against agreements.
- Identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide clear reporting and insights to stakeholders on vendor performance and outcomes.
- Ensure vendor participation in incident management and post-incident reviews.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Management team on contract renewals and risk management.
- Experience in vendor or third-party service management, ideally within financial services or a regulated industry.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for stakeholders.
Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their experience in vendor management, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality services and building strong relationships, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
