Key Responsibilities

  3. Content Calendar Planning: Collaborate with our PR Manager to plan and execute a content calendar that aligns with our brand's goals and objectives.
  4. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a social media strategy that drives follower growth, boosts engagement, and increases brand awareness across all social media platforms.
  5. Campaign Development: Plan and execute innovative social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  6. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to provide actionable insights and optimize our strategies.
  7. Community Management: Engage and respond to customers who connect with us on social media in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Collaboration: Work closely with our Customer Service team to ensure all customer inquiries and complaints are addressed and resolved.
  9. Copywriting: Develop engaging copy for EDMs and contribute to extended marketing collateral.
  10. Influencer Management: Assist the Head of PR & Communications in nurturing existing relationships with influencers and stylists.
  11. Gift Management: Manage all gifting and loans to key talent and stylists.
  12. Influencer Engagement: Monitor incoming influencer requests and document influencer engagement through key marketing documents.
  13. Relationship Building: Help discover and build relationships with new creators.
  14. Affiliate Marketing: Assist with monitoring and leveraging affiliate marketing opportunities through programs such as Impact and LYT.
  15. Content Distribution: Manage the distribution and uploading of influencer content throughout the marketing and ecom team.
Requirements
  1. Experience: At least three years of experience working in a similar role, or equivalent experience in a more unorthodox environment.
  2. Creativity: A proven track record of thinking creatively and developing innovative content solutions.
  3. Teamwork: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  4. Critical Thinking: Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
  5. Digital Literacy: A deep understanding of digital analytics and social media trends.
  6. Passion for Sustainability: A genuine passion for sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment.
