Site Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and organized Site Support Specialist to join our team at our Woodman Point site in Henderson. This role involves providing administrative support to the Construction Manager and site office team.

">

The successful candidate will have experience in an office administration capacity, strong skills in MS Office (MS Word / Excel), high attention to detail and exceptional customer service. They will be able to juggle conflicting priorities and expectations, problem solve, identify concerns and escalate in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Coordinating all site visitors and new starters">
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reporting for Clough">
  • Daily and weekly audit of employee timesheets">
  • Attending planning and scheduling meetings, taking minutes/actions and follow-ups">
  • Ad-hoc Event management eg team BBQs">
  • Client meetings">
  • Assisting with sub-contract sign-on process">
