Early Learning Program Manager

Role Overview:

The Early Learning Program Manager will oversee the implementation and enhancement of our Pre-Kinder program, creating a high-quality and nurturing learning environment for young learners.

This permanent full-time position involves supporting teachers in meeting diverse student needs, ensuring effective assessment practices, and facilitating smooth transitions into Kindergarten. The Early Learning Program Manager will also develop targeted learning and pastoral supports with the learning support team and organise events that enrich student development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the Pre-Kinder program, aligning with the College's vision of holistic Christian education.
  • Support and coach teachers to create engaging and inclusive learning environments.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to inform program improvements.
  • Collaborate with the learning support team to develop targeted learning and pastoral supports.
  • Organise events and activities that promote student development and community engagement.

Requirements:

  • Be a committed Christian with excellent communication and relational skills.
  • Hold a valid Working with Children Check in NSW (WWCC).
  • Be an accredited teacher with Conditional Teacher accreditation from NESA.

Working Conditions:

  • This position attracts a Leadership Level 1 allocation and salary will be determined under the conditions of the Independent Schools (Teachers) Cooperative Multi-Enterprise Agreement.
  • The role includes a reduced teaching load.
  • Annual Professional Performance Review applies.
