Job Overview

This role will be responsible for:

  • Participating in the design, coordination, installation and commissioning of building services on the project.
  • Working closely with Design and Services Managers to ensure documentation meets required specifications, cost budgets, and construction programme timelines.
  • Maintaining workshop drawings and as built documents.
  • Monitoring progress and quality of work, reporting any concerns to the Project Manager.
  • Participating in the final handover of the building, including commissioning and submission of final documentation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and coordinate building services on the project.
  • Ensure documentation meets specifications, cost budgets, and timelines.
  • Maintain workshop drawings and as-built documents.
  • Monitor progress and quality of work.

Requirements

The incumbent will require:

  • Adequate knowledge of building services through relevant engineering or trade qualification, together with solid industry experience.
  • Demonstrated industry experience and exposure to large building projects.
  • Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the business environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results within a project team.
