Coatings Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced paint specialist to join our high-performing team at AMA Collision Townsville.

• Carry out all paint jobs to meet AMA's high-quality standards and procedures.
• Finalise colour matching and minor colour adjustments to ensure a flawless finish.
• Maintain and care for spray booths, equipment, and robotics.
• Perform other duties as required by leadership.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Applying basecoats and clear coats according to manufacturer specifications.
• Matching colours using state-of-the-art technology.
• Operating various types of machinery and tools.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Trade qualification in Automotive Spray Painting (essential)
• Previous experience in the Collision Repair industry (essential)
• Full Australian working rights and a valid driver's licence
