Salary: $34.62ph - $38.99ph + casual leave loading allowance


**Job Description:** We are seeking a Casual Educator to join our team at Goodstart East Bunbury. As a Casual Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting our centres and children by contributing to the education program, engaging with children, maintaining a safe environment, and building positive relationships with children and families.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the education program in the room and centre team
  • Supervise and engage with children at all times, ensuring their physical and emotional safety
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for children, families, and team members
  • Bulid and maintain strong relationships with children and families through effective communication and regular updates
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have an ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification, be willing to travel between other local services, and have flexible availability between Monday-Friday 6:00am and 6:00pm.
