About the Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Accounts Receivable Officer to support our business operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate issuance of invoices and statements to facilitate efficient collections.
Main Responsibilities:
- Issue Accounts Receivable invoices and statements for debtor accounts.
- Create, review, and maintain debtor accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Distribute invoices, debtor statements and reports, and reconciliations internally as required.
- Assist in the debt recovery collection process in accordance with our Debt Recovery policy.
You will be accountable for delivering a reliable, confidential service tailored to our customers' needs. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential to maintain positive relationships and uphold service standards in a high-volume environment.
To be successful in this position, you will possess:
- A Certificate III in Office/Business Administration or substantial equivalent experience in Finance/accounts receivable functions.
- A Class C Driver's Licence.
- Proof of Australian residency or citizenship.
