Hearing Aid Client Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on professional to join our team.
- Welcoming clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes
- Scheduling and confirming appointments for our clients
- Providing support to clinicians (audiologists/audiometrists)
- Managing the day-to-day operations of clinics, including opening and closing procedures
- Managing the clinic phone line and shared email inbox
- Billing clients correctly and taking payments
- Learning and competently using software and applications
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and active listening skills, be resilient, self-motivated, and have lots of energy. They will also have strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team.
Requirements
- Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration role
- A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
- Great communication and active listening skills
- Resilience, self-motivation and lots of energy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
- Focus on results and the best possible outcomes for both our business and our clients
- Intermediate computer skills
- An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids
